Korean Language Exam Schedule 2013 for Timor Leste - HRD Korea

According to the MOU on the Sending of Workers between the Ministry of Employment and the Secretariat of State for Vocational Training and Employment(SSVTE) of Timor-Leste, the 1th Test of Proficiency in Korean (EPS-TOPIK) in Timor-Leste is to be conducted as follows.

All job seekers who want to work in Korea under the Employment Permit System should pass the EPS-TOPIK, implemented by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea) authorized by MOEL, and only those who passed the test are allowed to submit the job application form for EPS.

1. Test Schedule
   Test Date: March 17, 2013
   ○ Morning (the first division)
   Test time: 10:30~11:40
   ○ Morning (the second division)
   Test time: 15:00~16:10
   All examinees must show up by the designated time(by 09:30 for the Session 1, by 14:00 for the Session 2) at the designated test room of the test venue.
   
2. (Allowed) Type of Industry: Manufacturing, Fishing.
   
3. All applicants of 6th EPS-TOPIK can select only 1 type of industry among ‘Manufacturing’ or ‘Fishery’. Choice of other type of industry is not allowed. Selected industry isn’t changeable afterwards.

     Test venue and Test date of each applicant will be announced on March 11, 2013 in the homepage of SSVTE(www.sefope.gov.tl), bulletin board of OEO.

6. Qualifications
   
   • Persons aged between 18 and 39
     (Person born between March 18, 1973 and March 17, 1995)
   • Persons who have not been convicted of imprisonment or heavier punishment
   • Persons who have no record of deportation or departure orders from the Republic of Korea
   • Persons who are not restricted from departure of home country
7. Registration procedure
   
   • Period of Registration:
     
     • February 11 ~ February 14, 2013 (for 4days).
       Registration hours: 09:00 ~ 17:00
       
     • Registration Places: Overseas Employment Training Center(OETC)
       
     • Registration method: Individual visit registration
     • Required documents
       
       • Application form (Free distribution at registration places, only to the applicants
         who paid the test fee)
         Registration numbers are written on each application form, and one applicant can receive and submit one application form. If there is any error in an application form, correct it with correction fluid or tape and submit it.
         
       • A copy of passport (or ID card)
       • 2 photographs of 3.5 x 4.5cm (taken within 6 months)

     • Test Fee: 24 USD
     • Payment method: Pay at the registration place
       if an applicant who has unavoidable reasons to cancel his/her registration during registration period, the applicant can get a full refund. (However, re-application after cancellation is not allowed)
       

Questions will be selected both from the open question book and from the newly developed closed questions. Test Structure & Allotment of Scores and passing standard

• Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
• R/C and L/C will be implemented continuously without a break.
